Andy Piazza, who occasionally in his career impersonated a brick wall in relief of a struggling Dallas Eliuk, came up huge in that role yet again Tuesday, coming on to allow just two goals over the final 23 minutes, completing the 1994 Philadelphia Wings' four-game sweep of the 2003 Toronto Rock.
Piazza entered midway through the third quarter -- with the Wings clinging to a 14-12 lead that had been 14-9 just seconds earlier -- and nailed down an 18-14 victory that put the Wings in the finals of the NLL Super Season.
