Due to a reduced schedule in 2000, each NLL team had two games removed from what was originally a set of seven home-and-home series. This caused three potential Lotto Cup games (Rochester at Albany, Buffalo at Syracuse, New York at Rochester) to not be played in 2000. Such that each team played an equal number of games in Lotto Cup 2000, two games that were played between New York rivals (Albany at Buffalo, Syracuse at New York) were scratched from the mini-circuit's schedule. -30- |
