CTV Sportsnet will show a total of 31 National Lacrosse League games in the 2001-2002 season, according to a schedule published on the cable station's web site.

Twenty-five regular season games, including at least one in eighteen of the NLL's nineteen weeks, the 26 February All Star Game at Orlando, and the entire five-game postseason are included in the coverage.

Not surprisingly, the Toronto Rock makes the most appearances, with thirteen (seven at home, six on the road). The Vancouver Ravens place second, with ten (seven at home, three away). Among the other Canadian teams, the Calgary Roughnecks are shown seven times, the Montreal Express six, and the Ottawa Rebel five. Of the eight American teams, six will appear on Sportsnet; only Albany and Columbus are omitted from the schedule.

Of the twenty-five regular season games, only two will air from the United States -- Toronto's trips to Washington (5 January) and Buffalo (2 March) -- and four will parallel coverage from CNN/Sports Illustrated, NLL's American television partner.

No notation has been made regrading which games are slated for nationwide broadcast in Canada and which are regional games. Sportsnet programs separate schedules for the East, Ontario, West, and Pacific regions.
