New Jersey Storm owner Jayson Williams will turn himself in to police Monday morning, a New York television station is reporting.

According to WNBC, Williams is expected to face manslaughter charges in the shooting death of limo driver Costas Christofi at the former NBA star's estate in Alexandria Township, NJ.

Christofi, 55, was killed on 14 February due to a shotgun wound to the chest. Published reports the past week have suggested that Williams, leading a dozen or so guests on a tour of his mansion, was twirling the gun in his hand when it discharged.

"Williams was reckless with the weapon, [and] he was mishandling the weapon. Either way he is going to be charged," an investigator told WNBC.

"[Williams] is expected to be charged with manslaughter," another source said. "And those charges are expected to be filed at the meeting on Monday."
