The 2002 National Lacrosse League entry draft will be held in Toronto, the league announced today.

The nine-round draft is slated for noon on Saturday, 21 September, at the Platinum Club, inside the Air Canada Centre.

Toronto last hosted the entry draft in 2000, when the Columbus Landsharks selected Tracey Kelusky with the first-overall pick. Other NLL notables chosen in that draft include Ryan Powell, Ben Prepchuk, Jeff Ratcliffe, Marshall Abrams, Mike Regan, and Andrew Leyshon.

The league will announce ticket information and other details at a future date.
