NLL names reserves for All Star Game

League adds twelve players to East, West for 16 March game

The National Lacrosse League on Wednesday announced the reserves for the 2008 NLL All-Star Game.

The East and West Division teams will each have twelve reserves, combined with the six starters that were previously announced, for a total of eighteen players on each All-Star Team.

Nine East Division All-Star reserves were selected by head coach Ed Comeau (Rochester) and assistant coach Darris Kilgour (Buffalo), and nine West Division All-Star reserves were selected by head coach Bob Hamley (Edmonton) and assistant coach Walt Christianson (San Jose). Three reserves for each division were appointed by the league.

The 2008 NLL All Star Game will be played on Sunday, 16 March at Rexall Place in Edmonton. Game time is set for 2:00 PM Mountain (4:00 PM Eastern).
