Philly Outsider's Guide Editor in Chief The Boston Blazers will host the 2008 National Lacrosse League Entry Draft and related activities in early September, the league has announced. All draft events will be held at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, the home arena of the expansion Blazers. On Saturday, 6 September, the league will hold a day-long combine for the top 40 prospects in the draft. The combine, which will include drills and physical testing, is closed to the public. The six-round draft is also free to attend, but advance tickets are required and can be acquired via NLL.com. As in the past, the draft is open to players who will have turned 21 years of age by the end of the calendar year and have never played collegiate lacrosse in the United States, those whose collegiate eligibility has expired, and those who have informed the league that they are forfeiting their remaining college eligibility.
